AgBiTech is a global leader in sustainable agricultural solutions, and we’re hiring a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to support daily operations across procurement, logistics, inventory, and global shipping. This is a great role for someone who is highly organized and wants to contribute to meaningful, mission-driven work.
Essential functions of this role include Logistics & Shipping, Procurement & Inventory Management, Vendor Contract & Cost Management, Export Compliance & Documentation, Demand & Supply Planning Coordination and Operational Support.
Here is a Summary of What You’ll Do
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including export documentation and freight bookings.
Work with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.
Create and manage purchase orders; track lead times and communicate updates to internal teams.
Support receiving, invoice matching, and inventory workflows in QuickBase.
Assist with stock counts, production forecasts, and material usage tracking.
Monitor landed costs and supplier performance; maintain vendor scorecards.
Ensure export compliance and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
Identify supply risks and help translate demand forecasts into procurement plans.
Contribute to SOP development, process improvements, and cross-functional operations projects.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations, procurement, or inventory management (manufacturing environment preferred).
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and vendor relationship abilities.
Understanding of international shipping documentation and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Familiarity with low-code platforms (QuickBase experience a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred.
